Danielle found her life’s passion of working with seniors nearly 13 years ago. Since then she has dedicated her time and energy supporting the aging process for individuals 55 and older. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders and will soon complete her last two classes needed to obtain a Master’s Degree in Public and Health Care Administration. She has more than 15 years experience leading successful teams and is excited to serve as the lead of Spring Village at Danbury.
Shawniee has been in the hospitality industry for over eight years, working with luxurious apartment buildings as well as retail stores in many different districts. She’s working on her Bachelors degree in Physiology at Christian Ohio University. Shawniee has been serving many people with a serving heart since 2012 with Abilis –Greenwich, to be a helping hand and to see the next person smiles means more than anything to her. She enjoys to hear the laughter, see the smiles, and to feel the change in the atmosphere here at our community.
Susan Otero – Business Office Manager
Susan’s provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Spring Village at Danbury. Along with coordinating all billing and accounting duties, Susan supports both managers and our employees with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. She is proud to be a member of such a great team.
Danitza Roche – Director of Food Services
Dani has been perfecting her Culinary Skills since the age of 18. She has traveled and worked internationally showcasing these skills as a Private Chef to many dignitaries. Specializing in Senior Dining and Nutrition for the older adult population, Dani graduated from the Mexican Culinary Institute and the Escoffier Culinary Institute.
She enjoys sharing her love of food with our residents. Her ever-popular “Cooking With Dani” classes are a resident favorite. With Heart in Hand, she makes any dining experience for our residents unique and delicious.
